Pinkiert first gained significant recognition for his role in The Estate of Bobby Kent v. Puccio, et al. (1993), a landmark South Florida case in which he represented the family of a teenager murdered by his friends in a civil lawsuit against the parents of the teenage perpetrators. In another notable auto negligence case, his team secured the largest verdict in state history for an automobile accident case - a $23.5 million damage award.
Pinkiert earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1988.
