Mykaylan Burner

Mykaylan Burner is a personal injury attorney at Berry Law in Nebraska.

Before her current role, Burner gained experience working in state legislatures and the U.S. Congress, and represented juveniles in the Creighton Juvenile Justice Legal Clinic.

She earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from South Dakota State University in May 2021 and her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in May 2024. While in law school, she participated in the Creighton Scholars' Program (August 2021-May 2024), received the Creighton Pro Bono Service Distinction in May 2024 for completing more than 50 hours of pro bono work, was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Criminal Process of Adjudication (Fall 2023), and received a certificate from the Nebraska Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission and Nebraska State Bar Association (May 2024).

She was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar in September 2024 and the Nebraska District Court in September 2024.
