About Emily Grable

Emily Grable practices medical malpractice litigation and is passionate about holding health care providers accountable when they fail to provide patients with the quality care they deserve. She grew up in Reno, Nevada, attended the University of Nevada Reno as a presidential scholar with a full tuition scholarship, and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Law and Justice in 2020. She attended William S. Boyd School of Law on a full tuition scholarship, completed an externship at the Clark County Public Defender's Office, and served as a teaching assistant for Evidence during her final year.

Emily competed with her school's mock trial team through the Society of Advocates. She also entered Boyd's 'Making the Law' competition, drafting a bill proposal to raise the cap on non-economic damages in Nevada medical malpractice cases, and won first place. Before joining Bighorn Law, Emily worked as a law clerk at a personal injury firm, where she developed a focus on medical malpractice cases.
