About Jeffrey Warden

Jeffrey W. Warden is the Managing Partner of Bongiovanni, Collins & Warden, P.C., which he joined in 1984 as an injury attorney and where he became a partner in 1990. Over more than 38 years of practice, he has tried hundreds of cases to verdict, concentrating on product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, and automobile accident matters. His case work includes Kuehn v. Pub Zone, 364 N.J. Super.

301 (2003), Deffer v. Shop-Rite Supermarkets, Inc., 332 N.J. Super. 540 (2000), Pascale v. United States, 998 F.2d 186 (1993), and Straley v. United States, 887 F. Supp.

728 (1995). He earned his B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Rutgers University in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1983. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
