About Chris Wencker

Chris Wencker is an attorney at Brent Adams & Associates in North Carolina. He has a multi-state legal background spanning Pennsylvania, Arizona, and North Carolina.

Wencker served seven years in the United States Air Force before pursuing law. He spent eight years as an associate attorney at a small law firm in Tucson, Arizona, then opened a solo practice in Tucson in January 2011 and relocated his practice to Phoenix, Arizona in August 2012. He served as President of the Huntingdon County (Pennsylvania) Bar Association from 2015 to 2017 before joining Brent Adams & Associates.

He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona College of Law in Tucson. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Thomas Edison State College, an Associate of Applied Science in Communications Applications Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, and a diploma in Chinese (Mandarin) from the Defense Language Institute.

He is admitted to practice in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Arizona, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
