Susan Fransen

Susan Fransen is a senior litigation associate at Briskman Briskman & Greenberg, where she devotes her practice to representing individuals and families injured through someone's carelessness or a workplace accident. Fransen has been representing injured clients at the firm since graduating from law school and since 2003 has led the firm's Joliet office. Over her career, she has tried countless civil cases throughout Illinois and before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission. In Cismas v. Colonial Park Apartments, Fransen represented a man badly injured falling over a balcony railing while shaking out a rug. The case was considered extremely difficult and had been turned down by other firms, but after a full trial Fransen secured a jury verdict in the client's favor.
