Beach Brooks

Beach A. Brooks Jr. received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1983. Since joining the Florida Bar, he has practiced in the Winter Haven area, first as a partner at a large local law firm before joining his brother Stephen at Brooks Law Group. He concentrates his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, and auto and truck accidents.

He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Polk County Trial Lawyers Association, a past president of the Polk County Family Lawyers Association, and a past chairman of the Tenth Judicial Court Grievance Committee. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In the community, he has served on the boards of the Polk County Chapter of the American Red Cross and the Winter Haven Board of Adjustments, and chaired the Lake Region District Friends of Scouting Campaign.
