Eddie Knoll Jr.

Eddie Knoll, Jr. is one of the premier personal injury and automobile accident attorneys in Louisiana. Eddie is also a member of “Who’s Who” in the American Registry of Outstanding Professionals and served as the Avoyelles Parish Bar Association President 2011-2012. Eddie is a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Avoyelles Parish Bar Association, and the Louisiana and American Associations for Justice.

He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. Eddie is a native of Marksville and is the second son of Eddie (Sr.) and Justice Jeannette Theriot Knoll, Retired Louisiana Supreme Court Justice. He graduated from Marksville High School in 1993 where he played baseball and football. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Loyola University in New Orleans in 1997.

After his undergraduate studies, Eddie attended Loyola School of Law where he had the opportunity to study foreign legal systems at the University of Vienna, Austria, School of Law. During law school, Eddie worked as a law clerk at the Hailey McNamara Law Firm in New Orleans from 1998-1999. Eddie then worked as a law clerk for the 12th Judicial Court in Avoyelles Parish from 1999-2000. After law school, Eddie worked at The Knoll Law Firm from 2001 until September 2024 and was the Managing Partner until the merger of Broussard Knoll Law Firm in November 2024, where he serves as a Managing Partner.

Eddie is married to Lauri Sanders Knoll and they have three children, Trey, Lawson and Jeanne Elyse. Eddie is an avid hunter, angler and sports enthusiast. His oldest son, Trey, is following the family tradition of law, as he is currently enrolled in Loyola Law School in New Orleans. Eddie also enjoys aviation.
