About Emanuele Cicchiello
Emanuele R. Cicchiello is the Managing Partner of Cicchiello & Cicchiello, LLP. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors from the University of Richmond in 2001, and later earned his J.D. with honors from New England School of Law in 2005, where he received the New England Scholar Award for the 2004-2005 academic year and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Employment Law. Attorney Cicchiello joined the firm in 2005 and became a partner in 2008. He represents plaintiffs in personal injury, automobile accidents, workers' compensation, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, civil rights, and contract matters. He has tried cases before courts, juries, workers' compensation commissions, and arbitrators, and has argued before the Connecticut Supreme Court in Nilsa Cordero v. State of Connecticut, et al. Attorney Cicchiello was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Employment Law every year from 2011 through 2015, a Top 40 Under 40 member by the National Trial Lawyers Association, a New Leader in the Law by the Connecticut Law Tribune for 2014, and received the 2017 Distinguished Leader Award from the Connecticut Law Tribune. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut state and federal courts and was selected as a Super Lawyer from 2019 through 2025.

A federal jury awarded Hartford truck driver Michael Kennedy $436,900 after his employer fired him for refusing to haul loads that would have exceeded federal highway weight limits, in a Surface Transportation Assistance Act whistleblower case tried by Cicchiello & Cicchiello.
A 53-year-old Middletown man who suffered a torn rotator cuff, a torn meniscus requiring two knee surgeries, and a right hip tear after a Poolman Pools dump truck rear-ended his Saturn settled his case for $400,000 in 2019.
A Connecticut judge awarded $235,070 to a woman whose neck, shoulder, and hand were injured when a wall-mounted television fell on her in a UConn Health Center waiting room, with the case later reaching the Connecticut Supreme Court over a state assistance setoff dispute.
