About Matthew O'Connor

Matthew O'Connor joined Cutt Kendell & Olson as a law clerk in 2019 and stayed on as an associate attorney after graduating from law school. He attended the University of New Hampshire before earning his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating with high honors in 2021.

While at the University of Utah he was on the Utah Law Review, received the CALI Award for the highest grade in Health Law and Advanced Legal Research, and was a William Leary Scholar. He practices almost exclusively in plaintiff personal injury cases and is a member of the Utah Association for Justice. He has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2023 to 2025 and a Best Lawyers One to Watch in Personal Injury and Product Liability for 2024 to 2026.
