William Davis

Born in Abilene, Will Davis has lived in Texas his entire life. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, he went on to earn his Doctor of Jurisprudence at South Texas College of Law. Will has been with Daniel Stark for over 14 years, starting as one of the first litigation attorneys at the firm. In September 2024, he was named Partner. Though he has stepped back from the courtroom to lead a team of over 30 lawyers, he says his favorite part of the job is still helping others after an injury.
