Jeffrey Salomon

Jeffrey E. Salomon is a partner at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., where he represents seriously injured people and their families in New Jersey personal injury cases. Recognized as a partner in 2025, Jeff Salomon has over a decade of litigation experience in cases involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, fractures, herniated discs, car accidents, truck accidents, bus accidents, premises liability, slip-and-fall incidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims. Among his results, he helped secure a $1 million settlement for a child who was bullied at school and blinded in one eye, and a $1.4 million settlement for the family of a minor who died as a result of medical negligence. He co-authored 'The Consumer's Guide to New Jersey Personal Injury Claims' with firm partner Garry R. Salomon, published in 2024 and available in four languages.

Salomon has co-chaired and lectured at the NJAJ Rising Star seminar and the NJAJ New Lawyers Program. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration Cum Laude and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2016. He is currently admitted in New Jersey state courts.
