About Herjit Rubio

Herjit Rubio is an associate attorney based in Dordick Law Corporation's Riverside office with a decade of experience in the legal field. Her litigation practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death. Before joining the firm she was a partner at a national civil litigation firm, defending high-stakes personal injury cases across various sectors, experience that gives her an insider's perspective on the strategies employed by opposing counsel; her practice now focuses solely on representing injured plaintiffs.

Her results include a $30.9 million settlement for multiple plaintiffs in a wildfire caused by negligence, a $3.8 million settlement in a disputed liability premises work accident, a $3 million partial settlement in a medical malpractice case involving neurological damage, and several additional seven-figure recoveries. She graduated magna cum laude from Whittier Law School in 2014, earning the Dean's Merit Scholarship all three years and the CALI Award in Professional Skills: Litigation, and holds a B.A. from UC Riverside (2009). During law school she interned with the mental health unit of the Orange County Public Defender's Office and worked as a certified law clerk at both the Riverside City Attorney's Office and the United States Attorney's Office.
