About Joseph Byrd

Joseph "Reid" Byrd started his legal career at Duncan Firm as a law clerk while in law school. While in school, Reid was hand selected by Phillip Duncan to join his trial team. Reid practices in all areas that the Duncan Firm represents clients: automobile accidents, medical malpractice, farming issues, product liability, class actions, antitrust, and any other case where a client suffers damages. Growing up, Reid's father was a first responder, police officer, and fireman, and his mother worked as a nurse in the local hospital.

His parents' dedication to public service instilled in him the values to sacrifice, the good fight, and doing what is right for others. Those values are enjoyed by our clients each day, as Reid zealously advocates for Duncan Firm's clients. Reid takes personal responsibility in Duncan Firm clients, because he recognizes the always difficult and sometimes catastrophic hardships clients and their loved ones face when dealing with injuries. As a Duncan Firm attorney, he takes his role seriously and has great pride in his work fighting for clients.
