Tom Dunnion

Thomas J. "Tom" Dunnion, Esq. is the Founder of Dunnion Law, which he established in 1975 with a mission to provide convenient, compassionate, and trustworthy help to personal injury victims. He believes that injured Californians deserve dedicated legal representation against insurance companies, and has spent more than 45 years building a firm focused exclusively on plaintiff personal injury work. He now practices alongside two of his children and a team of like-minded attorneys.

The firm covers bicycle accidents, bus accidents, car accidents, catastrophic injuries, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, bad faith insurance, dog bites, premises liability, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall, and wrongful death cases. Tom and his colleagues have secured numerous notable results including a $21.5 million truck accident verdict, a $9.55 million trailer detachment case, an $8 million dog bite settlement (a national record for animal attacks), and a $7.85 million bus accident settlement.

He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyers, and Best Attorneys of America.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and is admitted to the State Bar of California.
