About Triel D. Culver
Triel D. Culver has practiced law in Montana since 1993, before the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana since 1996, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals since 2000. Born in Anchorage, Alaska, he graduated from Helena High School in 1983, received his B.A. from Middlebury College in 1988, and earned his J.D. from the University of Montana in 1993.
Triel's practice spans personal injury, products liability, worksite accidents, bad faith insurance, consumer protection, and commercial litigation, among other areas. He previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. Maurice R. Colberg Jr. in Montana's 13th Judicial District and as a deputy Yellowstone County attorney.
