Antonio Linares

Antonio Jose Linares de la Fuente is an attorney at Frank Azar Car & Truck Accident Lawyers (Franklin D. Azar & Associates) in Aurora, Colorado, where he handles personal injury (car, truck, motorcycle, and rideshare accidents), class action, and consumer litigation matters.

Before law school, Linares worked as a Guardian ad Litem in Florida's child dependency system. During law school he served as Vice President of the Child and Youth Advocates student group and worked at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office on the Human Trafficking and Child Protection Unit. He began personal injury work as a law clerk during his second year of law school in Boston.

Linares earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2021 and his B.A. cum laude from the University of Miami in 2017.

He is admitted to practice in Colorado state and federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
