David Godsey

David Godsey founded The Godsey Law Firm, P.C. in 2007. His prior career in the auto insurance industry, working for one of the nation's largest auto insurance carriers, gave him direct insight into how insurance companies handle claims. Dissatisfied with the treatment of injured individuals, he enrolled in law school with the goal of building a plaintiff's personal injury firm. His background as an insurance adjuster, combined with a commitment to community service, shapes his approach to fighting on clients' behalf.
