About James Loren

James M. Loren is the Senior Partner and CFO of Goldberg & Loren, an aggressive trial attorney who has litigated personal injury, employment discrimination, and unpaid overtime class action cases. He has tried over 50 cases to verdict nationwide, with many verdicts and settlements exceeding $1 million.

Loren earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 1995. He attended Pace University. He passed the Certified Public Accountancy Examination in one sitting and is eligible for CPA licensure. He is admitted to the State Bars of Florida, Georgia, Washington, Maine, and Wisconsin, and has tried cases in Federal Court in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, Michigan, Tennessee, Illinois, and Indiana.

A Russian native, Loren is fluent in Russian. He is a Top 100 Trial Lawyer recognized by the National Trial Lawyers and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
