Jason Knutson

Jason J. Knutson is a shareholder at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. His practice features complex litigation, including major environmental and industrial accidents, class action claims, medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury cases.

Knutson earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was a Waller Scholarship winner in Philosophy at the University of Minnesota. He was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 2001 and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

Knutson serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he has taught courses in trial advocacy, depositions, negotiation, legal writing, and lawyering skills. He has been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers. For the past ten years, he has been named one of the Top 50 attorneys in Wisconsin and Top 25 attorneys in Madison by Super Lawyers, and he has been recognized as a Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year. Notable results include a $4.1 million verdict for a sexual assault survivor against a former Milwaukee restaurateur.
