Justin L. Jones

Justin Jones began his career as a Southern Baptist minister before realizing he could do as much good from the courtroom as from the pulpit. For the last 15 years, he has brought compassion and a thirst for justice to advocacy for clients facing the greatest challenges of their lives. Justin excelled on the nationally recognized trial team at Cumberland School of Law, where he and his team swept every competition they joined. After graduating, he began working for a small plaintiff's firm representing coal miners and their families.

Coming from a coal town, Justin understood the challenges his clients were facing. This early experience taught him to listen, to care, and to fight relentlessly for his clients. Over his career, Justin has successfully litigated wrongful death and personal injury claims across the legal spectrum, from medical malpractice to environmental torts, recovering multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts for families recovering from disaster. Cases have ranged from a daughter with pneumonia left to suffocate on a jail floor, to a father whose arms were severed by defective coal mining equipment.
