About Allwin Horn IV

Allwin E. Horn IV is Of Counsel at Hollis, Wright & Clay and heads the firm's Workers' Compensation Department. He earned his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College in 1994 and his law degree from the University of Alabama in 1997. Admitted to the Alabama bar in 1998, he has practiced workers' compensation and third-party liability, construction and industrial accidents, automobile and commercial vehicle accidents, defective products, fraud and breach of contract, and premises liability. He is admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama Association for Justice.
