Douglas Horn

Douglas R. Horn is the Lead Attorney of The Horn Law Firm, P.C., where he exclusively represents persons injured in motor vehicle collisions, work and industrial accidents, premises liability, and accidents resulting from general negligence. Since 1991, Horn has handled a wide variety of personal injury matters with a special emphasis on cases involving serious injury to adults and children who require extended medical treatment and rehabilitation. He has a 30-plus-year track record of maximizing personal injury settlements and awards for injured clients. In addition to his law practice, Horn regularly gives personal injury law presentations for national attorney audiences, including sessions focused on head, neck, back, and spinal injuries resulting from car, truck, and motorcycle collisions.

Beginning in 2009, Horn has used his legal experience to advance driver safety, particularly in the areas of teen driver protection, distracted driving prevention, and traffic fatality reduction. Born and raised in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, Horn earned his B.A. from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, and his J.D. from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.
