About Todd Hunter Jr.
Todd A. Hunter Jr. is a trial lawyer in Corpus Christi, Texas who represents victims in personal injury and wrongful death cases, with a focus on oilfield accidents, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, drunk driving crashes, and unsafe working conditions. He earned a finance degree from Texas A&M University in College Station and graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio in 2013, and he has spent his career in litigation representing injured workers and families against well-funded opponents. He is licensed in Texas and New Mexico and admitted to practice in the Southern, Northern, Western, and Eastern federal districts of Texas. In 2025, as co-counsel with The Pastrano Law Firm, he won an $831 million jury verdict in Mendez v. Koozies Ice House, a Bexar County dram shop case brought for a motorcyclist catastrophically injured by an overserved underage drunk driver. The award was reported as the largest verdict ever returned by a San Antonio jury.
