
About R. Michael Shickich
R. Michael Shickich is the founding attorney of the Injury Law Firm in Casper, Wyoming, with more than 30 years of experience in civil litigation. He spent eight years in insurance defense before switching to plaintiff's personal injury work, giving him direct knowledge of how the insurance system operates from both sides. Licensed in Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico state and federal trial courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Shickich handles serious injury and wrongful death cases throughout the Rocky Mountain region. He holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating, has been selected to the Mountain States Super Lawyers list every year since 2013, and is listed in Best Lawyers.
He is a graduate and faculty member of the Trial Lawyers College, served as President of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association from 2003 to 2004, and is a current board member of that association. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which require million-dollar and multi-million-dollar results for clients.
