James Hurt

James ("Jim") Hurt has been an attorney since 2016, licensed in Indiana since 2017, and joined the Ken Nunn Law Office in 2018. Originally from Bloomington, Indiana, Jim graduated from the University of Dayton, where he played baseball for the Dayton Flyers. He has represented hundreds of injured plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, auto accidents, slip and fall cases, and product liability matters. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, all trial courts in Indiana, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Jim was selected to the Rising Stars list from 2020 through 2026.
