Mary Lynn Paulson

Mary Lynn Paulson devotes her practice to representing injured people and accident victims throughout Georgia, with a focus on car accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents, and catastrophic injury cases. She earned her B.A. from Salem College in 2011 and her J.D. from the University of Memphis in 2014. She began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender and then an Assistant District Attorney, which gave her extensive courtroom experience before moving to plaintiff-side work.

She has handled appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals and cases in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She has been recognized multiple times as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor given to fewer than 2.5% of Georgia attorneys under 40, and was selected for the 2022-2023 Georgia Trial Lawyers Association Lead Program. She is based in the firm's Athens office.
