About Skylar Albertson

Skylar represents individuals harmed by dangerous products, medical negligence, and gun violence. Skylar was a member of the trial team that secured a $7.1 million verdict, including punitive damages, for an explosion caused by a defective cooking spray can. Skylar is also a member of the Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder team that represents families harmed during the Highland Park, Illinois Independence Day Parade shooting. Prior to joining Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder in 2022, Skylar worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Guido Calabresi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Janet C. Hall of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, a clinical lecturer in law at Yale Law School, and a fellow at the Bail Project.
