Sean Murphy

Sean P. Murphy is a Senior Litigator at the Law Offices of Jason A. Waechter. He earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2004 and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2007. Murphy has been named one of the Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff's Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers. He has obtained more than $10 million in verdicts and settlements, including a $2 million jury verdict in a motorcycle accident loss of consortium claim.

Murphy is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Association for Justice, and the Michigan Association for Justice. He completed training at the Michigan Association for Justice Trial College, Trojan Horse Trial College, and the AAJ Advanced Depositions College. His practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents and motorcycle crashes.
