Lindsay Wilz

Lindsay Wilz is a shareholder at Maring Williams Law Office in Bismarck, North Dakota. She attended North Dakota State University and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and a minor in Mathematics. After law school, she served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring of the North Dakota Supreme Court before joining the firm. In 2024, the American Association for Justice Women Trial Lawyers Caucus awarded her its Inaugural Trailblazer Award, and in 2025 the North Dakota Association for Justice presented her with its Rising Star Award. She serves on the executive committee of the North Dakota Association of Justice and chairs the Republican Trial Lawyer's Caucus of the American Association of Justice.
