Allan Elkins Jr.

Allan “A.J.” Elkins, Jr. is a seasoned litigator with experience in mass tort, environmental, and civil rights cases. Since joining McHugh Fuller in 2017, he’s played a key role in major national litigations, including the opioid MDL, securing billions in settlements, and environmental and pharmaceutical pricing cases. A.J. earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and lives in Mississippi with his wife Jessica, daughter Evelyn, and their two Labradors, Goose and Duck.
