Carl Walter II

Carl W. Walter II is a trial attorney at Minner Vines Injury Lawyers, PLLC, based in the firm's Bowling Green, Kentucky office. He has nearly two decades of experience litigating complex professional liability cases as well as aviation, automobile, premises liability, products liability, toxic torts, real estate, and general negligence matters across Kentucky.

A Paducah, Kentucky native, Walter earned his B.A. Phi Beta Kappa with honors from the University of Kentucky in 2003 and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2006, where he was President of the Student Bar Association.

Walter was named a Super Lawyer in 2023 and has been recognized by the Kentucky Trial Court Reporter as one of Kentucky's most prolific trial attorneys. Over the past three years he has tried six complex medical malpractice cases to trial and prevailed in all six.
