Matthew Fogg

Matt Fogg is partner in the plaintiff’s injury group and co-chair of the mass tort practice. Matt focuses his practice on holding companies and individuals accountable when their actions, or failures to act, cause serious injury. He regularly handles complex catastrophic injury cases and is committed to helping clients obtain the compensation they deserve. Known for aggressively pursuing insurance carriers and corporate defendants, Matt approaches every case with compassion, dignity, and respect for the individuals and families he represents.

Licensed to practice before all Delaware state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, and the Supreme Court of the United States, Matt represents clients through every stage of litigation, including proceedings before the Delaware Industrial Accident Board. His practice also includes nationwide mass tort litigation in jurisdictions including California, Oregon, Michigan, Maryland, New Jersey, and Ohio. Since 2003, Matt has devoted his career exclusively to representing injured plaintiffs. He is a frequent speaker on Delaware workers' compensation and personal injury law and has been recognized as a Delaware Today Top Lawyer every year since 2017.
