Joseph Pendergast

Joseph "J.P." Pendergast is the owner and managing attorney at Pendergast Law in Washington state. As a former King County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, he saw first-hand how accidents change people's lives. He has over 30 years of experience representing injured people throughout Washington.

With extensive trial experience and deep familiarity with personal injury law, Mr. Pendergast has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients. He has handled cases involving wrongful death, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, animal attacks, and highway design defects. Born and raised in Seattle, Mr. Pendergast completed his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in 1989 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1993.

He was licensed to practice in Washington state that same year.
