Beau Duty

Beau Duty is an attorney with a strong educational background and diverse experience in civil litigation. Beau graduated from Harding University in 2013, and he recently achieved the distinction of graduating magna cum laude from UALR Bowen School of Law in May 2023. Beau served on the law review editorial board as Symposium Editor at Bowen from 2021 to 2022, refining his research and analytical skills. How to Reduce Vicarious Liability for SPAC Directors and Officers, which was published in the Winter 2021 issue of the UALR Law Review Journal. With prior clerkship experience at wh Law, Clow Law, and currently at Reddick Law, Beau has developed a basic working knowledge of the legal landscape. Since the fall of 2023, Beau has helped clients recover over $10 million in settlements and jury awards. Notable successes include a general personal injury case that settled for $3 million, a jury verdict of $2 million in a nursing home abuse and neglect case in Helena, Arkansas, a workplace accident that settled for $1.25 million, and another nursing home abuse and neglect case that settled for $1.25 million.

Beau litigates personal injury cases in Arkansas, Colorado, and New Mexico, with a focus on trucking litigation, insurance bad faith, and catastrophic injury. Beau is an active member of the Henry Woods Inn of Court, where he engages with legal professionals to advance the practice of law through mentorship, education, and professional development.
