Brian Alterio

Brian J. Alterio was born and raised in Niagara Falls, New York. He graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law and has spent the past decade exclusively representing individuals injured due to the negligence of others. He has successfully handled motor vehicle collisions, commercial truck accidents, slip and fall cases, and defective product claims. He is committed to maintaining consistent communication with his clients and guiding them through each step of the legal process. From 2017 through 2025, Super Lawyers recognized him as a Rising Star, a distinction reserved for 2.5 percent of attorneys statewide.
