Shabnam Pourghorban

Shabnam Pourghorban is a personal injury attorney at RMD Law - Personal Injury Lawyers, dedicated to helping clients understand their legal rights. Her practice focuses on car accidents, slip and fall, trip and fall, dog bite, and wrongful death matters.

Before joining RMD Law, Pourghorban worked in probate and education law, negotiating settlements between school districts and families.

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton, and her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, where she made the Dean's List, received the CALI Award in Evidence, and earned a Certificate in Child and Family Law. During law school, she completed a fellowship at Whittier Law School's Center for Children and Families and worked in the Special Education Law Clinic.

She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
