Daivelis Garcia

Daivelis Garcia is a Partner at Rubenstein Law focusing on personal injury matters. Born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida, Daivelis earned her B.S. magna cum laude from Florida International University in 2005 (Criminal Justice major, Political Science minor), her M.B.A. from FIU in 2011, and her J.D. from FIU College of Law in December 2014. During law school she completed two internships with the City of Coral Gables City Attorney's Office, served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing, and participated in the Small Business Clinic. Her practice covers traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, and negligent security.
