Daylin Farinas

Daylin Farinas is a personal injury attorney at Rubenstein Law in Miami, Florida. Born in Cuba, Daylin moved to South Florida as a child with her widowed mother. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2013 with a degree in Political Science (with certificates in political campaigning and political affairs) and earned her J.D. cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2016. In 2015, she interned for the Honorable Judge Rosa Rodriguez. She has been registered with the Florida Bar since 2017 and represents clients in cases involving traumatic brain injury, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, negligent security, and wrongful death.
