About Paul Tellez
Paul G. Tellez provides compassionate legal representation primarily to injured parties in southern New Mexico and far west Texas. He represents personal injury victims in a range of matters including workplace injuries, automobile collisions, slip-and-fall accidents, and other cases arising from the negligence of others. Paul earned his B.A. from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque in 1993 and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison in 1998, where he served as Managing Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal. He has been admitted to practice in New Mexico since 2000, Florida since 2002, and Texas since 2011, and is admitted in multiple federal courts including the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of New Mexico, Northern Florida, and Southern Florida.
Notable case results
A New Mexico jury awarded Jose Sandoval $2.2 million and found Baker Hughes 100% at fault after a pressurized packer tool exploded on a well site, driving a chain tong handle into Sandoval's leg and causing a severe femur fracture.
