About Robert Miklos

Robert A. Miklos is proud to be President of the Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County. As a trial attorney specializing in high-exposure cases, he has helped recover over $100,000,000 for medical malpractice and negligence victims in New York State. He has dedicated his career to helping those wrongfully injured, litigating matters ranging from catastrophic negligence cases involving paralysis, brain injury, and amputation to complex medical malpractice cases involving surgery, birth, and cancer.

His success in the courtroom has been recognized by Super Lawyers, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Martindale-Hubbell, and Avvo. He has served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is also appointed by the Chief Administrative Judge of the State of New York to serve on the New York State Advisory Committee on Civil Practice, which advises on potential reforms to the CPLR to promote fairness, efficiency, and access to justice in New York's civil courts.
