Mark Thomas Del Duca

Mark Thomas Del Duca brings a distinctive background to personal injury litigation at Shenderovich, Shenderovich and Fishman, P.C. With family roots in Western Pennsylvania, he split his career between the Greater Pittsburgh area and Tidewater, Virginia. He graduated from the Norfolk Academy in 1980, earned an undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1984 where he played varsity baseball, and received a Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 1987. After law school, he joined the FBI as a Special Agent, graduating from Quantico in December 1987. Following his FBI service, he worked as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Virginia Beach and later as the Public Safety Attorney for Virginia Beach before entering private practice.

He has practiced law in both Virginia and Pennsylvania since 1992 in state and federal courts, handling personal injury, employment, criminal, and civil litigation. He was editor of The Virginia Law Enforcement Journal from 1996 to 2001, an Adjunct Professor at Saint Leo University from 1993 to 2013, and an Adjunct Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2003 to 2011. He served as a former Chair of the Second District Discipline Committee for the Virginia State Bar on a pro bono basis. He currently serves as an assistant varsity football coach at Seneca Valley High School and limits his law practice to personal injury litigation, with a focus on accident cases in Pittsburgh and Erie, Pennsylvania.
