Taylor Burkett

Taylor Burkett grew up in Reno, Nevada, where baseball and the slopes of Mt. Rose defined his youth. At 19, a trampoline park accident fractured his neck and left him in a halo brace for months. The lawyer who fought for him discovered the foam-cube landing pit was not built to the required depth, and that experience motivated Burkett to become a plaintiff attorney. He earned his B.S. in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno and his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2019. He joined Stritmatter Law through the Layman Law merger and handles car accidents, medical negligence, products liability, brain injury, and insurance bad faith in the Spokane office.
