About Kelby Monks

Kelby Monks is an Idaho native whose entire legal career has centered on helping people in tough situations. He has worked to advance victim-friendly legislation through the Idaho Legislature and served as a law clerk at both Litster Frost Injury Lawyers and the Idaho Supreme Court before joining The Advocates. Kelby earned his undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Boise State University and his law degree from the University of Idaho.

Since graduating he has worked at The Advocates, where he has guided hundreds of clients through personal injury cases. He is a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association. Outside the office, Kelby spends time with his wife and five children and rides his motorcycle.
