Melissa Kapustin

Melissa Rothenberg-Kapustin joined The Rothenberg Law Firm in 2007 and manages the firm's Hackensack, NJ office. She earned her J.D. with High Honors from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 2007 and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she worked as a student attorney for the Rutgers Urban Legal Clinic representing low-income clients in Social Security/SSI disability hearings, and assisted in preparing briefs and motions before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She completed a summer judicial internship with the Honorable Rachel N. Davidson of the Essex County Superior Court, Law Division. She also holds a Master's degree in Modern Jewish History and is a frequent lecturer on Jewish history and law.
