Mark B. Stanley

Mark B. Stanley was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. He attended the University of South Carolina, where he received his B.S. in Business Administration and served as captain of the baseball team during three consecutive College World Series appearances. He then earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Information Science from North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina, completing both degrees in 2010. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida.

Prior to joining The Stanley Law Group, he practiced with a personal injury law firm in Orlando, where he tried several personal injury cases to verdict. In 2017, he was recognized by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys as a Top 10 Under 40 Personal Injury Lawyer, and by the American Society of Legal Advocates as a Top 40 Litigation Lawyer Under 40 in South Carolina in 2018. He was named Legal Elite by Columbia Business Monthly Magazine and a Premiere Attorney by Columbia Metropolitan Magazine in 2020, and was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2021. Mr. Stanley is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and Florida.
