Brian Smith

Brian Smith has led disability work at Wettermark Keith since 2011 and serves as Senior Managing Attorney over the firm's Social Security, VA, and Railroad Retirement Board practice, having represented claimants in more than 2,500 administrative law judge hearings along with federal appeals such as Brown v. Social Security Administration in the Eleventh Circuit. He holds a master's in public administration from Troy University and a J.D. from Birmingham School of Law, chairs the Alabama Association for Justice's Social Security caucus, and joined the Alabama Veteran Advisory Board in 2022.
