Jacqueline Blackley

Jacqueline Blackley was born in Buffalo, New York. She received two Bachelor of Science degrees from SUNY Buffalo, then earned a Master of Science from D'Youville College. She attended the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor. Blackley is also a registered nurse in New York, with 20 years of healthcare experience in clinical and administrative practice, including work in the Emergency Department and Cardiac Services. That clinical background gives her a distinctive perspective in handling motor vehicle accident cases involving serious injuries. She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, Erie County Medical Society, and New York Bar Association.
