• A designation is a position on a public state list, ranked by amount across every result we have verified there. It is derived, never awarded: nobody at ProvenVerdicts decides who gets one, and it moves when the list moves. If a larger verified result is published above yours, the designation badge becomes the plain Proven Verdict badge on its own, and your announcement carries the date it was true.
• On your site the badge is part of your firm's advertising, so every snippet includes the standard past-results disclaimer under the badge. Keep it, or your page's own equivalent: New York, Florida and Texas require the disclosure wherever prior results appear, and every write-up the badge links to carries it as well.
• Verification outcomes and rankings are never for sale. A firm cannot pay to have an unverified result published as proven, or to move on a list. See our methodology.
