Steve Wolterman

Steve R. Wolterman is the founding attorney and managing partner of Wolterman Law Office, LPA, which he established in 2008 in Loveland, Ohio. A Cincinnati native, he graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Finance in 2002, then earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2007, both times making the Dean's List. He was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2007, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 2009, and the U.S. Tax Court in 2009. Wolterman holds the Certified Exchange Specialist (CES) designation and has completed more than 1,000 like-kind exchanges across all 50 states, serving clients nationally through the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. His practice spans estate planning, probate administration, business law, real estate, and tax planning.
